What makes a person belong.

What makes a person belong in a group or place is what they do and what they are. Also what they expect and chose. To belong in a place like a country a person will have to chose that country or that culture that helps them just fit in with the people around you. For a group, to fit in you may have the same ideas, or the same thoughts and personalities. Mainly for a person to belong is the person's choice.
Other people may be in a group or country that they feel like they don't belong in but they fit in. For example, a country like Iraq. If an Iraqi doesn't fit in because of the war they might move, but they may not because they belong in that society. Because if they go to U.S. or China (example) they might just stand out and they might be worried about that.
I know where I belong, because I chose by what I feel is right and by the place or the group's personalities. I like being in the U.S. because the people around me fit in my example of my culture. Its more modern and I fit in pretty well. The group of friends I hang around have the closest to my personality.
That is what makes a person belong. It is by what they choose and what they are like in the group.

Euthanasia

Euthanasia is painless killing or a mercy killing of someone or something.
I think that painless killing is ok depending on what it is like a person suffering from an incurable disease or coma. But if it is a person who is depressed or in a curable disease then it is not right because they should just deal with it and live. Instead of finding the easy way out. It is controversial in real life, and some countries it is illegal. I don't think it should be illegal unless it is used without responsibility. I once had a pet that had cancer and it was extremely sick so I got it put to sleep with a painless shot that would kill it. It made me feel better that it didn't get hurt. If animals with incurable diseases can get a painless death, then it is reasonable that humans that are terribly sick can also get a painless death.

Why Do Dreams Sometimes Fail? (Of Mice and Men)

I think that dreams can either become true or they will fail. To make a dream or goal to become true there are a lot of hurtles to pass. Like people that stand in the way and things like money. Dreams can sometimes fail because that dream is impossible for them, which could mean that they are incapable or they are too poor. Stuff like money and reputation can also help to make dreams fail. One example of a dream that could fail, is trying to be an actor or actress. It could fail because when trying to get an acting deal, that person may not have a big enough acting reputation to play the roll.
In the book Of Mice and Men, their dreams do not make it because Lennie dies, which is depressing. That can also be a reason why someone's dream can fail.
Life has lots of twist and turns. You never know if a dream will succeed or fail. Its just up to fait.

Humans and Places.

When humans have a place where they belong, they get a sense of love in their life. Like when with a parent when they are little. Having a place to be in life helps a lot. When a person has a place to belong in, that person will be them-self and not someone else. In my opinion, having a place to belong gives me a sense of pride and joy. In the book Of Mice and Men they are always on the move and can't live happily in one area. And like the migrant work also, they were always on the move and they weren't so happy. It is extremely important when a human being has a place to be loved and to be apart of, because it is one of the important necessities of life.

Friends.

I think that people need friends so that people aren't lonely in life. If people are lonely then they are unhappy and if they are unhappy then they are going to be depressed. If you have a friend you can do stuff that you wouldn't do by yourself. Like going bowling or play soccer.
You know if friends are friends if they are  trust worthy with you. Some times bad friends will make you do stuff you don't want to do. But a good friend will tell you not to do something bad or anything stupid.  And a friend gives you support through any problem, like broken relationships. So if someone doesn't have any friends, why don't you become that person's friend.

Thoughts about:Being rich is more important than having close friends.

I don't think this is true because if being rich could mean that who ever it is could be lonely. So with having close friends you may not have everything but you have a great time. And you could joke around and go golfing or bowl. But when your rich you could do that but with who, a client. Probably not. So it is better to have friends than to be rich.

Why does Juliet kill herself when she could be free?
I believe she killed herself because she believes that she had nobody to live for since Romeo killed himself, and she didn't want to marry Paris. Since Romeo was died she thought it was better than living her old life so she wanted to live with him in heaven.

Who was ultimately responsible for all the deaths that occurred in the play? Why?
I believe that it was Romeo. He was the one that killed Tyblt, and it was because of him that Mercutio and Juliet died. If he never showed up and tried to stop the fight between Tyblt and Mercution then they would both be alive. And if he didn't kill himself at the end then Juliet would be alive.

Do you think Juliet should have faked her death? Why or why not?
I think should of because she didn't want to marry Paris. So I thought it was a good idea until the letter never reached Romeo. Then it was kind of a 50-50 on if it was a good idea. But I still think it was for the best that she did that.

My thoughts on Act 1 of Romeo and Juliet were different. I thought that the characters were not as what I thought they would be. Like Romeo, I never knew that he loved someone before Juliet and that he is just boring and sad. To be 13 and try to marry someone is just the weirdest thing ever. The wordplay and the rhyming, after awhile, gets boring and annoying to me. Its like the book is vexing me. If only they could talk normally like these days it would be a lot better to me.
Some of the jokes that are in the book aren't even noticeable unless you were in the time when the play was written. The jokes are also kind of dirty.

If I made this play I would make it in better language and have some rhyming. And the jokes would be better and more noticeable.
