Why does Juliet kill herself when she could be free?
I believe she killed herself because she believes that she had nobody to live for since Romeo killed himself, and she didn't want to marry Paris. Since Romeo was died she thought it was better than living her old life so she wanted to live with him in heaven.
Who was ultimately responsible for all the deaths that occurred in the play? Why?
I believe that it was Romeo. He was the one that killed Tyblt, and it was because of him that Mercutio and Juliet died. If he never showed up and tried to stop the fight between Tyblt and Mercution then they would both be alive. And if he didn't kill himself at the end then Juliet would be alive.
Do you think Juliet should have faked her death? Why or why not?
I think should of because she didn't want to marry Paris. So I thought it was a good idea until the letter never reached Romeo. Then it was kind of a 50-50 on if it was a good idea. But I still think it was for the best that she did that.
