A Long Way Gone Ch:15-16
I felt that these chapters were somewhat good and somewhat bad. It was great the the UNICEF workers save the boys from the war, but they put the rebel boys and the army boys together. Which was not the smartest idea that they have ever had. The UNICEF workers said not weapons, but the boys smuggled them in. They were fighting all the time. The boys were also beating up the workers. The workers weren't even doing anything. I believe that they didn't know why the boys kept fighting because they didn't know what the war was like. So they don't know what it did to the boys. They knew that they couldn't do anything because this is what the army and the rebels taught them. Then when the fight was over. They finally put them in the right camps away from one another. Ishmael always has these bad memories or nightmares. All the boys do to be exact. He always has these nightmares. They are about his life as a boy soldier.

I would totally agree that putting the rebel boys and the army boys together were not such a good idea at all. Not right now at least. Very nice job on the blog!! =]
